This Privacy Policy explains how Eastern Passage handles information provided during enquiries, booking, personalization, fulfillment, and private delivery.
We may collect your email address, any name you choose to provide, and the information you include in your message about the situation you would like us to review.
To personalize and fulfill the service, we may request your full name, date of birth, current residential address, a recent photograph, and case-specific information reasonably needed for preparation.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We may receive transaction status, amount, date, payer details, and transaction references needed for accounting and service administration. We do not need to store your full payment-card number.
Our hosting, email, security, and service providers may process ordinary technical information such as IP address, device/browser information, access logs, and security events under their own service terms and privacy practices.
Because the physical ritual is fulfilled in China, the information required for preparation may be shared with selected fulfillment personnel in China. We limit sharing to information reasonably needed to perform the accepted service. We may also use service providers for email, cloud storage, hosting, payment processing, security, and related business operations.
Your information may be processed in China and in other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Data-protection laws may differ between jurisdictions. We use reasonable organizational and technical measures to limit access and protect information in transit and storage.
Client photographs and other personalization materials are used for service preparation and fulfillment. We do not publicly display identifiable client materials by default. Any use of identifiable client materials for marketing, case examples, or public display requires separate permission. Public examples on this website are privacy-redacted.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, client support, accounting, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and dispute handling. Personalization files that are no longer needed for those purposes may be deleted or access-restricted. Some transaction and business records may be retained longer where required by law.
We do not sell personal information to advertisers. We do not use client personalization information for unrelated advertising.
You may contact us to ask about the personal information associated with your service, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion where deletion is not prevented by legal, tax, accounting, security, or dispute-retention requirements.
The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly accept bookings directly from persons under 18.
